Individualized Systems (I/S) is a minority-owned business which has been operating since 1986 serving the small business community of El Paso and Las Cruces. Started by its proprietor, Kimberly Shaw, in 1986 part time in her home, the company has grown steadily over the past several years and expanded to new offices in the Pershing Plaza Complex. We specialize in services for individuals as well as individually-owned and closely-held companies (both Corporations and Partnerships). Individualized Systems services clients all over the West and Southwest including Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona and California. The company offers comprehensive financial services to clients at rates geared towards the small and growing business. Areas of specialty include but are not limited to: Business Development Accounting and Bookkeeping Financial Planning Analysis and Projections SBA Loan Packet Preparation and Presentation Tax Analysis, Planning and Preparation. A member of SCORE and the Institute of Internal Auditors, Individualized Systems has been regularly highlighted as a success story by both the SBA, SCORE, and the Small Business Development Center of the El Paso Community College. For two consecutive years, Individualized Systems was recognized by the El Paso Chamber of Commerce as one of 1997's and 1998's "Emerging 30", a prestigious award recognizing excellence in small business practice. We also received the Minority Enterprise Developer Award in recognition for Outstanding Minority Small Business Entrepreneurship. Individualized Systems has always maintained that the small business is the backbone of the economy. Our goal is to provide the same services to individuals and small businesses that other firms provide to large companies but at prices and payment terms geared towards the individual and privately-owned business.
