CPR Benefits, Inc. was founded December 16, 2002 as Capital Planning Resources, Inc., a financial, actuarial and benefits consulting company. In 2004 the company went through a major restructuring under the leadership of President George N. Samryk. CPR Benefits, Inc. restated its' purpose and focus to concentrate on healthcare insurance consulting and delivery (the primary expertise of the staff). It was at this time that the Corporation changed its' name to better reflect its' purpose and vision.
