Sherry and Sons was established in 1938 as primarily a contracting firm. Principals of the firm developed and managed residential and industrial properties from 1950, through the present. Since then, Sherry and Sons has continuously managed at least 1000 units of multifamily housing. Sherry and Sons is a licensed real estate broker, and a member of the Advisory council of Management Agents.
