OpenHousesOnCapeCod.com, owned by DP Promotions, is a partnership between two longtime Cape Cod residents, Patrick Foran of Foran Realty, and Darlene Billmair of Insite Media Design. OpenHousesOnCapeCod.com came about when Patrick Foran, frustrated with traditional newspaper advertising, recognized the need for a more cost effective way for Realtors and homeowners to advertise their open houses with more exposure time, while at the same time reach prospective Cape Cod AND Off-Cape home buyers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patrick Foran, has been a resident of Cape Cod for nearly 20 years. He is a graduate of Cape Cod Academy and Assumption College in Worcester Massachusetts. Patrick has been a member of the Harwich Dennis Rotary Club since 2002 and has served on its Board of Directors since 2003. He is currently President Elect of the Club. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Dream Day on Cape Cod. Patrick is a founding member of the Assumption College Cape Cod Alumni Club as well as a member of the Assumption College President's Council. Patrick holds a Real Estate Brokers license as well as a Life, Accident and Health Insurance Brokers License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All of OpenHousesOnCapeCod.com's visual designs (advertising materials, banner ads, as well as this website) are designed by Darlene Billmair, owner of Insite Media Design in Centerville. She has been designing high-impact websites, advertisements and other print collateral for seven years and has clients on Cape Cod, as well as in Boston, California, Florida, Texas and Georgia. Darlene also has proven experience in Web Marketing, including natural search engine placement (Insite Media Design currently holds a #2 and #3 Google ranking for "professional print design" as well as other high ranking keyword phrases). Darlene has also contributed to four Photoshop books for Friends of ED and Peer to Peer Publishing, located in England.
