Safe Passage/Camino Seguro is a program whose mission is to empower the poorest at-risk children, whose families live in the Guatemala City garbage dump community, by creating opportunities and fostering dignity through the power of education. Within a safe and caring environment, we provide hundreds of children with a comprehensive and integrated program that fosters hope, good health, educational achievement, self-sufficiency and confidence.
