TRG offers competitive salaries/hourly rates of pay based on job responsibilities and employee experience level. Bonus Compensation Program â€" TRG offers a bonus plan in addition to the salary or hourly rate of pay, based on the Company achieving quarterly financial goals that are set at the beginning of each year. All employees are eligible to participate after the probationary period. Simple IRA (Pension Plan) â€" TRG will match employee contributions up to 3% of salary. Participation will begin the first day of the month after the probationary period. Accounts belong to the employee and are invested in mutual funds chosen by the employee. In 2006, an employee can contribute a maximum of $10,000.00 per year. Employees over 50 years of age may elect to contribute an additional $2,500.00 under the IRS catch-up provision. Vacation â€" Each full-time employee is eligible to receive ten days paid vacation each calendar year. New employee vacation time is earned on a pro-rated basis after the probationary period depending upon the date the employee joined the Company. Vacation days may not be taken until the employee has completed the probation period. After five years of continuous employment, the employee will receive fifteen days paid vacation. Health Insurance â€" TRG provides PPO coverage to full-time (over 30 hours of service per week) employees. Coverage will begin the first day of the month following the date of hire. Employee will contribute $75.00 for family/$60.00 for individual and spouse/$40.00 for individual through the cafeteria plan (pre-tax) during 2006. Cafeteria Plan â€" TRG offers a cafeteria plan (medical spending account or flexible spending account) to all full-time employees. New employees are eligible after the first day of employment; however, deferment of pre-tax income can not be made until the first day of the month following the date of hire. The maximum amount that can be elected to defer into the medical spending account for a year is $2,000.00. Life Insurance â€" TRG provides a $15,000.00 life insurance policy to all full-time employees that will begin the first day of the month following the date of hire. Holidays â€" TRG provides time off for 11 Holidays during the year, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. Sick Time â€" Each employee shall accrue one sick day per month, twelve per year, and carry up to a maximum of twenty-four at any time. New employee sick time starts to accrue on the first full month after the probationary period. Day Care Costs â€" TRG will reimburse full-time employees for the cost of child daycare. The reimbursement amount for each child will be a maximum of $750.00 per month for the child's first year of life, $500.00 per month for child aged two to five and $250.00 per month for child aged six to ten. Original invoices or receipts from the daycare provider must be submitted for reimbursement. Reimbursement is made monthly with payroll. Workers' Compensation Insurance â€" Workers' compensation coverage is provided for all employees. Benefits are available for an absence due to injury or illness arising out of or in the course and scope of employment.
