We offer "local-style" customer care and work to create enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time. Our culture is based on respect, teamwork, and innovation. Willamette Broadband is a local Cable TV and High Speed Internet provider offering service in the Willamette Valley, Sheridan, and Stayton. Because we are the local Cable TV & High Speed Internet experts, it is our goal to understand and exceed customer expectations by taking the perspective of the customer and to be the premier provider of entertainment services and broadband solutions in our markets. Our central office, located in Woodburn, OR, supports a call center, technical operations, advertising sales, and administration. With local customer care offices in Canby, Sheridan, and Stayton, we are readily available to help our customers throughout Oregon. Because we are dedicated to the communities we serve, we employ over 40 friends and neighbors of these communities, buy goods and services locally, and work with local contractors and vendors. A portion of our customers' monthly payment goes to support local governments, towards improvement projects, and to local, cable access programming services. As part of our commitment to our communities, Willamette Broadband also provides local cable access studios in Canby and Woodburn through OCTS and WCAT, respectively. These facilities thrive on local cable TV subscriptions and provide television production training opportunities in our local communities.
