Whitelaw Avenue Baptist Church provides several different areas of ministry and recreation for our Children's Department. We offer Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings, Children's Choir at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, and Team Kids for children Kindergarten-6th grade at 7:00p.m. on Wednesday evening. We provide Sunday morning Children's Church for our children in kindergarten through fourth grade. Pastor Newcom also provides counseling sessions for young new Christians. Throughout the year, about once a month, our children grades 1-6 and their families participate in several recreational events. Some examples are: Fall Festival, bonfire and hay-rides, movie nights , Vacation Bible School and other children's activities. We would love to have your children involved in our Children's Department where we can minister to them and show them God's love in action.
