Intranets.com has recently increased its ownership in its Japanese Joint Venture Company located in Tokyo and is embarking upon a major development project to upgrade its Japanese Intranet service. Consequently it will be staffing several Japanese speaking technical positions. For this position, desired candidates must be fluent in Japanese and English and must meet the following additional requirements: Education and Experience: Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science Experience in web application development or databases is a plus Knowledge/Technical Skills: ASP, ASP.NET, C#, C++ or Java experience Scripting technologies like PERL, VBScript Solid background in object oriented design and analysis Windows development experience in a web server environment Experience with database integration and application development; designing schema and database tables for SQL Server Experience with HTML, including style sheets, templates, and frames Experience with JavaScript or Visual Basic Experience developing web content management or workflow applications Employment Requirements: Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Located on the Route 128 technology belt in Burlington, Massachusetts, Intranets.com is led by an experienced team of software industry professionals who are committed to providing secure, customizable, scalable, reliable, easy-to-deploy solutions for small to medium size businesses.
