TES provides structural engineering design and consulting services to support project teams during the construction phases of the work. From designing temporary support systems to evaluating construction loads on existing structures, we work with Owners, Contractors, Engineers, and Architects for the benefit of the project. As a team member, we are committed to approaching construction-phase problems with an open mind and with due consideration to the interests of all project participants. We are frequently consulted by contractors that must temporarily move or support existing structures to perform soil removal or treatment work. We provide services ranging from brief consultations to complete design, documentation, pre-construction survey, and construction-phase observation of temporary support systems. We are also called upon to evaluate construction loading and structural modifications to existing structures to facilitate construction operations. We understand the need for a responsive, meticulous approach to providing these services.
