Our featured project in the area is the restoration of the historic Harper's Ferry Train Station, the spot where the civil war begin. Lumus is renovating the 221 granite obelisk and the adjacent grounds and buildings. Nearby, we are also restoring many of the buildings in the Charlestown Navy Yard, including the visitor center for the the USS Constitution. With several wind power projects expected in 2007, Lumus is a leader in renewable energy construction. We recently completed a GeoExchange system at at Project Place, a new six story building promoting opportunity for homeless and low income individuals. We are have also completed several solar and energy conservation projects. Lumus recently completed renovations to the two Federal Courthouses in Providence, RI. Carefully coordinated around the schedules of Federal Judges and US Senators, Lumus completed five months ahead of schedule. We are currently working on two courthouses in Connecticut.
