CPS Direct has added two new accounts to its roster: Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance of Littleton, Colorado and AmSouth Bank of Birmingham, Alabama. The wins are expected to represent about $3 million of billings to the integrated direct marketing agency. The assignments were won after a review of undisclosed agencies. "The AmSouth and Great-West wins prove our strength in the financial services category. These are both very demanding organizations who expect us to develop a winning strategy and quality work," said Nick Vadala, CEO of CPS Direct. CPS Direct will develop multi-media campaigns for Great-West that will cover a national prospect base. The AmSouth work will focus on business in the southeastern U.S., the bank's regional territory. The campaigns are expected to commence in early 2002. "I am looking forward to putting our expertise in the banking and insurance arena to work for both of these institutions. Our long history of helping clients sell personal lines insurance and banking products will bode well when we start the planning process," said Bruce Wagoner, Senior Vice President of CPS Direct. "The people that we met are smart marketers and I like that," added Wagoner.
