The Company President, Mr. Van Bruggen, is a Diplomate, Water Resources Engineer, recognized by the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers as a renowned surface water hydrology and hydraulics expert. He has over 25 years of engineering design experience and extensive expert witness experience in: watershed hydrology, river and floodplain hydraulics, highway drainage design, reservoir operations, storm drain systems, levees, river channels, flooding and drowning forensic modeling, and water resources engineering. He has written articles and given speeches on various topics regarding flooding and flood control engineering. We are also an authorized vendor of both US Army Corps of Engineers and commercial surface water hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) computer programs, providing technical support for numerous water resources engineering computer models.
