J Duggan and Associates is a small Landscape Architecture firm located in the Winchester Va., in the Northern Shenandoah Valley. The firm serves private, commercial, and institutional clients throughout the Valley and the Piedmont area of Virginia. Our smaller size allows us to get to know each client, understand their needs and be involved with all phases of each project.
