Greenfield Online collates data on consumer attitudes about products and services. Through its Greenfield Online and Ciao Websites and affiliate networks, the Company collects, organizes and sells consumer opinions in the form of survey responses to marketing research companies and end users. It gathers user-generated content in the form of product and merchant reviews, through its Ciao comparison shopping portals. Greenfield Online conducts its operations through these two principal business lines. The Company derived approximately 74% of its revenues from Internet data collection products and services, and approximately 26% from its comparison shopping business during the year ended December 31, 2007.
