Since opening in 2002, Protocol has sought to provide Wilmington and the surrounding area with a source for fine gifts, tableware and decorative accessories - all in an atmosphere of superior customer service. Our diverse product lines range from custom handmade items by North Carolina artisans to one-of-a-kind Asian, British and European imports. In 2008, we added an additional 1,350 square feet of showroom space to offer eastern North Carolina's largest selection of luxury linens for bed and bath.
