At Domaine Hudson, we have immense respect for the winemakers and farmers who create these wines, so we take care to present them to you the way they intended. We only purchase wine from suppliers who have proper climate control throughout the importing, distributing and delivery processes. We, in turn, store bottles in a climate controlled environment at ideal drinking temperatures for white, red, and sparkling wines. All of our table wines are served in quality, large bowl Riedel stemware, appropriately sized for the wine. Champagnes and sparkling wines are also served in Riedel stemware for the elegant bubble stream these glasses produce , a touch of elegance that adds to the enjoyment. Stemware is so important to us, we have 7 different sized bowls to accomodate all the various wines we serve. To complement our wine program, our chefs have designed a menu that features regular and half-size entreés , perfect for sampling a variety of foods as you sample wines.
