Engineers Construction, Inc. (ECI) is a full service general construction firm established in 1965. We are based in Williston, Vermont. We specialize in underground utilities, sitework, railroad construction, cellular sites, waterfront structures, shore protection, and paving. Since inception, we have completed over 9,000 projects. Our service range is typically throughout New England and northern New York. Occasionally, we venture even further depending on the type of work and the client.
