Local - Duke Communications is a brand new company -- but one with significant business roots. And the roots go deep. Those roots are perhaps best represented by G. T. "Duke" Diggs and his family who founded the former Duke Communications, Inc., an experienced local firm that served the Williamsburg area from January of 1980 until January of 1997.
