The company was founded by Mark and Christine Muir after Christine was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2001. They developed a line of personal care products to serve the celiac community, donated to celiac research and helped bring needed attention to this miserable illness. Gluten-Free SavonnerieÔ has recently relocated to Wildrose, North Dakota under new ownership. The company continues to be family-owned and operated, with a commitment to continue service to the celiac community. Every product manufactured by Gluten-Free SavonnerieÔ was formulated to be gluten-free and hypoallergenic. In addition to being gluten-free, our products are also free of casein, soy, peanuts, fragrance and colorants. To avoid cross-contamination, they are produced in a gluten-free facility and have been carefully tested to ensure that they are gluten-free.
