Growing Home provides treatment foster care and family preservation services with a focus on identifying and building upon strengths. Growing Home's role is to help youth and families develop-a much broader calling than simply "fixing" them and their problems. Client strengths and risks are assessed twice a year using 4-D, an assessment tool developed by Growing Home to help youth develop skills in the areas of knowing, belonging, becoming, and giving.
