Since 2000, L&A has been providing air-monitoring services for a Power Plant, located in Ohio. L&A maintains a large database containing all air monitoring data compiled since 2000. Using this data, L&A has been able to perform trend analysis for contaminant concentrations and identified possible contaminant sources. During a large land acquisition for the company, L&A also conducted Phase I Environmental Audits on over 70 properties, and surveyed over 120 structures in the town. Additionally, L&A performed Phase II Site Assessment work on two purchased gasoline stations and designed remediation including UST removal and soil contamination.
