Founded in 1992, PRIME Engineering & Architecture, Inc. (PRIME) has compiled a proven track record of successful project completion for numerous public and private sector clients. Our company has become a leader in providing a wide variety of integrated design services including Architectural Design, Bridge and Roadway Design, Civil and Structural Engineering, Construction Management and Inspection, Geotechnical Engineering and Material Testing. PRIME is a privately held woman-owned corporation that is certified by numerous public agencies as a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) as well as by the Small Business Administration as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Our geotechnical testing laboratory has received certification under the AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory (AMRL) soils testing laboratory certification program and also Department of the Army (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers). In addition, PRIME operates its own drilling rigs. National Experience: PRIME has completed, or has in progress, projects at sites located in 14 states. These projects involve multi-discipline A/E design services for both new facilities and renovation of existing facilities. We have been able to successfully complete our projects on time and within budget regardless of their geographic location. Locations: Currently, PRIME operates from offices located in Columbus, Ohio; Cleveland, Ohio; Baltimore, Maryland; York, Pennsylvania; West Palm Beach, Florida; and Colombo, Sri Lanka.
