Tibersoft was founded in 1996 to strengthen the trading relationships of the foodservice channel. Today, using highly automated services, we are focused on removing the data chaos that often clouds activities and prevents fact-based decision-making between multi-unit Operators, their Distributors and their Manufacturers. Our first customers were Distributors to whom we provided customer-facing e-commerce systems. We began working with Operators in 1999 when a number of our Distributors needed a richer solution for their multi-unit Operators' data reporting needs. Faced with the task of controlling items, units and contracts through multiple Distributors, those Operators gave us feedback and direction, and out of that Tibersoft IQ was born. The IQ program has spawned a new level of business control within the foodservice industry. Just as Distributors led us to Operators, Operators in turn led us to their Manufacturer partners. Those Manufacturers desire greater visibility into what their Operator customers are doing with their products, and our solutions satisfy that need. Today, Tibersoft handles several billion dollars in food service volume for our clients.
