Land Design South was established in 1985. Our services include Planning, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Services and Transportation. Our talented team of professionals includes Landscape Architects, Land Planners, Environmental Scientists, Biologists, Professional Engineers and Transportation Planners. Our success is built upon our team approach to design development. Our problem solving skills create solutions rather than conform to old presumptions. Ideas and a sense of place drive design development. We maintain a solid understanding of existing conditions and the laws governing land use. We invest quality time gathering the information which will lead to decisions concerning environmental conditions, the culture of the site, or the end user of the project. We travel to other states and regions to import design ideas to complement and promote a successful design solution.
