Sleep Innovations believes that it is distinguished and differentiated by its track record of rapid growth through the development and placement of innovative products and its use of unique packaging. We believe these attributes have positioned the Company for continued growth in Memory Foam and polyurethane foam products business by meeting and exceeding needs of both the consumers and our retailer partners. Currently the Company fabricates and markets foam bedding, sleep products and accessories under three nationally recognized brands; Novaform®, Personal Expressions® and Comfort Plus®. In addition to the three major brands the Company produces similar products under private label programs for retailers which include; Target, Sears, Kohl's, Costco and Sam's Club. The Company's brand, Novaform, has become synonymous with products containing or made from premium high-density visco-elastic memory foam. The Novaform product line consists of a complete line including contoured and molded bed pillows, mattress toppers and mattresses. Under the umbrella of Novaform, the company offers product collections sub-branded to indicate the addition of product enhancements, i.e. Novaform Naturals (memory foam cores with a cover filled with white goose down), Novaform Classic (memory foam cores and polyester fiber cluster filled covers) and Novaform Imperial (memory foam cores with a 100% cotton cover with Teflon® fabric treatment). In October 2004 the Company announced the signing of Dan Marino, former NFL quarterback, as their official spokesperson. Under the terms of the agreement Dan Marino's name will appear on an exclusive collection of comfort products manufactured and distributed by the Company under the Marino Recovery SystemÔ, a line of luxuriously covered high density Memory Foam mattresses, mattress toppers, mattress enhancers and molded memory foam pillows. The flagship of the Marino Recovery System is a 12 inch thick memory foam mattress which is compressed and presented in a wheeled, Point of Sale package measuring 23 inches by 23 inches by 39 inches. The Company's proprietary development of compression equipment and techniques has made our products well suited to warehouse club environment, where space is a premium and the goals are to generate dollars per square foot. The Company's products currently generate the highest sales per square feet of any item in its category.
