The mission of SeasonedPRO is to make a significant, positive difference in the lives of thousands of educated, professional experienced alumni motivated to advance their careers. We accomplish our mission by providing cutting-edge career management advice, realistic alternatives, and positive perspectives to professional experienced alumni by offering universities a way to bring alumni back to campus and by creating an executive networking and recruitment forum for businesses to access a pool of educated professionals who are open to change. Our signature event is a two-day Experienced Alumni Recruitment & Career conference held at leading universities. The conference is titled A Holistic Approach To Mid-Life Career Transition. SeasonedPRO@home offers a line of career transition products and services which provide additional opportunities for well-educated experienced alumni to access the conference content via online services, workbooks, CD-ROMs and DVDs. SeasonedPRO@work provides corporations with workshops and other programs to train Generation X managers on how to work more effectively with experienced alumni.
