Cook Land Services is a land surveying firm owned by David Cook a Professional Land Surveyor with a Masters Degree in Surveying Engineering. CLS provides boundary surveying, GPS mapping, subdivision design, deed research and mortgage inspections. We primarily work in Penobscot and Washington County. But we also have served clients from Augusta and Moosehead Lake to Houlton.
