Márez & Associates offers Anger and Stress Management Classes for adults, adolescents, managers, couples, individuals, and individual coaching for high profile clients including law enforcement personnel and corporate executives. These services are available in Spanish and English. We know there has been an increased need for resources to manage stress and anger. We are proud to offer classes that accommodate busy schedules. We offer classes during weekdays, nights, and weekends.
