Our office has been locally owned, and in operation in the Midlands since 1986. Founded by Larry Rickborn, we moved to our current location in 2005. After more than 30 years, Dr. Rickborn retired, passing the torch to Dr. Judson Burns. Located immediately adjacent to Lexington Medical Center, Midlands Family Dentistry continues to provide quality care to patients from West Columbia, Columbia, Irmo, Lexington, Chapin, and the surrounding areas.
