Northeast Engineers & Consultants, Inc. (NE&C), established by Blake Henderson in 1987, is based in Middletown, Rhode Island. The firm offers a broad range of multidisciplinary services and specializes in civil, structural, environmental, geotechnical, transportation, and waterfront engineering, land surveying, materials testing, municipal land use and site planning. NE&C is widely recognized as one of the largest multi-disciplinary engineering firms in New England and operates offices in Rhode Island, in the greater Boston area and another in Ventura, California.
