The West Bend Clinic is a primary care and multi-specialty group with more than 50 physicians. The clinic currently has additional clinic locations in Jackson, Kewaskum and West Bend, and provides ambulatory outpatient surgery services at the West Bend Surgery Center. The new clinic in Hartford will be located 12 miles from SynergyHealth's new hospital site at Highway 45 and Pleasant Valley Road. Construction of the new, state-of-the-art facility is underway with an anticipated opening date of summer 2005. The clinic in Hartford will utilize the latest in medical office practice standards, including electronic patient records and access to scheduling throughout the SynergyHealth system.
