Vitaldyne manufactures implantable devices used in orthopedic, cardiac, urological and other surgical procedures. Components include parts for neurostimulation devices, spinal implants, medical instrumentation and more. With ten laser precision laser processing systems, Vitaldyne also provides adhesive and solvent bonding, soldering, pad printing and packaging. Laser services include precision hole drilling as small as .0005 inch, welding and ablation. Laser marking capabilities include micro marking to .005 inch, large area Nd:YAG marking, serializing and batch coding for part traceability. Vitaldyne's manufacturing experience includes processing a wide range of difficult to process materials such as titanium, platinum, stainless steel, Inconel, Haselloy, gold and Iridium. Non-metallic materials include Teflon, PVC, Acrylic, Delrin, PTFE and others. The company offers high volume manufacturing and engineering services as well as rapid prototyping. Vitaldyne employs 20 technicians in its 5000 square foot plant facilities located in Waverly, Minnesota.
