The Business Technology Consulting (BTC) group provides an integrated approach for a business to solve its technology challenges. We are a value added reseller of the Sage software that enables small to medium sized organizations a solution to their accounting and general business needs. The offerings of Sage range from the simple to the latest in E Business solutions that we implement with their unique market capabilities. BTC offers customization of information that allows a timely view of the data beyond the standard reports. We also provide implementation planning and assistance, so the client is not left to install the software and learn as they go. We have implemented over sixty software solutions to various companies and have learned that this assistance is crucial in the success of this type of project. Another key element in this process is the migration of the data from the existing software to the new database, so little of the business data is lost in the migration to the new system. The other BTC offering involves managed network service options of either a monitored approach or a fully managed solution. These options handle a single desktop to an international multi-site Internet connected server network, with our support including spam and virus filtering, security solutions, firewalls, and other leading technology enhancements. The Investment Banking group was added in 2004 to allow the clients we have and the marketplace the ability to merge, acquire, or recapitalize as their interests dictate. This work is focused on select buyers who this group has worked with in prior engagements. Unique in this business is a paperless office approach where nearly all offering and contract work is done in secure file rooms. The audit staff and the tax staff participate in this practice to insure that the due diligence needs are met and any schedules required by the transactions are properly prepared. The Firm is extending its services in 2007 by providing an Emerging Business unit for individuals who require the assistance in filing their legal entity choice, establishing their chart of accounts, business software and hardware, and tax work. This business unit can also become the controller for management on a weekly or monthly basis as required. We also bring Quickbooks Pro certification capabilities to bear for consultive or setup needs.
