Three Oaks Hospice provides hospice services to patients in Overland Park who are suffering from terminal illnesses. We are committed to the comfort, dignity, respect, and support of hospice patients throughout their journey. Our hospice team consists of registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. We work in close collaboration with patients' families and primary caregivers to ensure that all of the patient's needs are met.
