Watertown based Corey McPherson Nash has a split personality: the partnership has three design studios, each dedicated to an individual area of expertise. CMN provides strategic design services to business and education clients; Hatmaker provides strategic design and production for television and electronic media; and Big Blue Dot creates print and broadcast about kids for kids. Spanning that landscape is interactive producer/studio director Christine Klaehn, who provides the vision and follow-through for any and all interactive projects created within those studios. Klaehn is one of a growing number of creatives who bring creative, strategic and specialized perspectives to the table to solve design problems, but are not Â"traditionally trained.Â" Before joining CMN two years ago, Klaehn served as CFO and Marketing Director for Cambridge Interactive; her experience in both traditional and interactive media make her a unique and effective conduit between clients and designers on comprehensive Â- and often complex Â- interactive projects. Her design solutions include work for America Online, the Genetics Institute and Nickelodeon. Klaehn sees infinite possibilities for interactive design in the future, Â"WeÂ're really pushing the limits of the medium and the content.
