Crystal A. Wilken, ARNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She received her American Academy of Nurse Practitioners certification in 2014 and is a professional member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and well as the Society of PAs in Otorhinolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery. She is especially interested in nasal polyposis treatment and management, skin cancer diagnosis and prevention, hearing loss, tinnitus and cerumen impaction.
