With a 45 member team and over 55 years of service to the metropolitan St. Louis area, our Firm has developed an imaginative, practical approach to meeting the needs and requirements of our clients and the communities we serve. We have been included in the St. Louis Business Journal annual listing of the 25 largest accounting firms in the metropolitan area for the last ten years. Our Firm is a member of the AICPA and both the Center for Public Company Audit Firms (previously the SEC Practice Section) and the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA. All members of these Sections must adhere to higher quality control audit and reporting standards than other CPA firms. Section members are subject to periodic peer review procedures established by the AICPA on which we have received unqualified opinions. Also, our most recent peer review resulted in no "letter of comments" issued, which is achieved only by the top quality firms. While our Firm offers a full range of traditional accounting and tax services to a full spectrum of clients, it goes far beyond the traditional in the range of services provided. Some years ago the Firm reorganized its approach to business development by forming niche client service groups to provide value-added services in special areas of experience and expertise. In addition to these service areas, our Firm has a fully developed marketing team which provides consulting services to service-oriented businesses in numerous fields of endeavor.
