Yong Studios offers traditional Tae Kwon Do martial arts training to children and adults in the Washington DC Metropolitan (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. Adults come to us for self-defense, fitness, calmness, flexibility, and fun. Children will learn discipline and confidence while having fun. We also offer an Internal Arts program including Qigong and Yoga.
