Established in 1974, Vantage provides employee and organizational development services to the public sector. We have worked with 40 Federal Government agencies and more than 250,000 federal employees nationwide. We maintain offices in Washington, DC, and we have provided staff on site at 26 Federal Government locations in 22 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
