Quatt Associates, Inc. is a management consulting firm dedicated to serving forward-thinking organizations in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Quatt Associates was founded on April 15, 1997 by Charles Quatt. Starting with one employee, twenty clients, and operating from Mr. Quatt's residence, the firm has grown to ten employees and over 150 clients, past and current. Judy Stein and Brian Vogel joined the firm a year after its founding, in January 1998. Eileen Kennedy joined later that year, in November. The firm's practice has grown along with its size, going from an almost exclusive focus on compensation design at its founding to its present broad practice which includes organizational development, executive compensation, and strategic planning in addition to human resources systems and compensation work. The firm moved to its own office space in 1998, starting at 3201 Wisconsin Avenue. Outgrowing that space, Quatt moved to its current location in Georgetown in 2000.
