Established in 2007, the Ocean State Animal Coalition (OSAC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the status and well-being of animals in Rhode Island.  Consistent with its mission, in July 2010 OSAC opened The Rhode Island Community Spay/Neuter Clinic .
