Conveniently located in Warwick, RI, the Maddock Center provides state-of-the-art radiation therapy in a personal, caring setting. There's no need for patients to travel to Boston to receive the most advanced cancer treatments in the region. In fact, the Maddock Center was first in the state of Rhode Island to install an IMRT-capable linear accelerator in 2000, first to bring HDR Brachytherapy to Rhode Island in 1998, and first to install an ultrasound localization device with real-time imaging. Additionally, we are the only radiation oncology practice in the Northeast to specialize in unique, handcrafted plesiotherapy treatments for hard-to-treat or disfiguring skin cancers on facial or other delicate areas. All of our treatment plans and customized therapies are developed and administered on site by board-certified staff.
