<em>The Warwick Valley Dispatch</em> remains one of the few independent and locally owned newspapers in the Country and actually prints the newspaper on its premises located in the historic Village of Warwick. <em>The Dispatch</em> has been covering local, hometown news and events since it was founded in 1885 by George F. Ketchum. After Mr. Ketchum passed-away, his daughter Florence Ketchum continued in his efforts to record the life and times of the Town of Warwick, while capturing the voice of its residents.
