Established in 1970, Phoenix Center Behavioral Health Services has been providing mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability services to adults, youth and families for over thirty-five years in the middle Georgia area. The Phoenix Center is a public corporation created by the Georgia General Assembly to address the needs of persons with a psychiatric, substance abuse or developmental disability. We serve the counties of Houston, Peach and Crawford, and have outpatient offices located in Warner Robins, Fort Valley and Roberta, Georgia. A board of directors appointed by the county commissioners from Crawford, Peach and Houston counties govern the Phoenix Center.
