In September 2006, Clarkson & Wallace merged with Virginia Hot Springs Realty, LLC, which is the brokerage arm for Homestead Preserve. The merger creates even more exposure for our clients' properties with Homestead Preserve's extensive marketing efforts. It also increases our offerings to include premier resort properties such as resales of Hometead Preserve home sites and home packages as well as fractional interests in The Owners Club at The Homestead.
