The corporation owns three business and industrial parks (See: "Business Parks" below") which have lots for sale that we make available at cost to qualifying businesses and industries. We are a reliable source of information critical to businesses, industries, nonprofit corporations, governmental entities, towns and cities within our county. This information enables both public and private entities to take advantage of emerging community and economic development opportunities. Hands - on project assistance is provided by our office to individual businesses, non-profits and communities for business planning, start-ups, expansions, and community development projects. Partnerships with other organizations ensure that we are able to cooperate on economic and community development projects and contribute important information to our customers and constituents.
