Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (Aspen Holdings) is a Bermuda-based holding company. Aspen Holdings conducts insurance and reinsurance business through its wholly owned subsidiaries in three jurisdictions: Aspen Insurance UK Limited (Aspen U.K.) in United Kingdom, Aspen Insurance Limited (Aspen Bermuda) in Bermuda and Aspen Specialty Insurance Company (Aspen Specialty) in United States. It operates in the global markets for property and casualty reinsurance, and specialty insurance and reinsurance.
