LEC Environmental Consultants, Inc. (LEC) is a multidisciplinary ecology-based environmental consulting firm dedicated to providing an interface between natural sciences and land-use management. Successfully coupling these two disciplines requires an accurate interpretation and articulation of local, state, and federal regulations.
