SKM is owned and operated by Thomas Hagen. Mr. Hagen has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Adminsitration degree from the University of Hawaii. He has 30 years of experience in all phases of property management and general real estate but has specialized in luxury rentals on the Kohala Coast since 1982.
